Warehouses are currently operating with reduced staffing to ensure social distancing, and with the large increase in online shopping, shipping carriers are handling more shipments than ever. These challenges require us to set an earlier deadline for holiday delivery this year.
Our gifts and collectibles ship from a number of locations throughout the country, and we are doing our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. But we wanted to be upfront with all of our valued customers about current handling and transit times.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter, and have a safe and happy holiday season!
International ShippingFor standard international delivery, the cutoff order date is 12/7/2020. However, international shipments are not guaranteed before the holiday. We are not responsible for delays due to taxes, duties, labor strikes, weather conditions, and/or customs issues.
*Free standard ground shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. Shipping offer does not apply to oversized/heavy items and charity items. Minimum order threshold does not include shipping, tax, or gift boxing charges. Offer valid for the contiguous 48 states, not including Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
We use several shipping providers – UPSP, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Ground shipping: UPS Ground, U.S. Postal Service, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS and UPS/FedEx deliveries.
2-Day Shipping: UPS or FedEx. Please note there is no weekend or holiday delivery.
Military addresses: USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please make sure to use USA as the country for military addresses.
We cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address, except military addresses. If you do not receive U.S. Mail at your home address, please be aware that if you select Ground shipping, your package may be shipped with USPS.
